Paul Smith is a local rare breed pig keeper who provides cookery classes demonstrating how easy it is to make the perfect sausages on the AGA heat-storage cooker. Paul provides inspired techniques on how to best cook pork as well as fresh bread.

Knife Skills with Len Unwin
Knife Skills with Len Unwin is one of the most popular courses at AGA Sheffield. Len will show you how to sharpen knives properly with both steel and stone as well as how to properly gut and prepare fish and dice vegetables, which are then used to cook a delicious meal. Once lunch is over, Len shows you more ways to cut various meat and vegetables and transform them into restaurant quality foods.
Besides learning new cooking skills, you have the opportunity to see the William Abdy Collection of chef knives. Renowned for their high quality carbon steel and hand finish, these are exclusively available at the AGA Sheffield concept store. Truly, Madly, Pasta
Truly, Madly, Pasta is the title for the very first AGA Cookery
School Master Class taught by Italian chef, writer and
restaurateur, Ursula Ferrigno. Ursula's passion for food and life
give her a teaching style that's as fun as it is informative. In
her class you'll make pasta by hand and then go on to cook Pasta al
Catoccio, Rotolo Ripient and Vincisgrassi Apertoo.

Eckington Manor Cookery School is located on a working farm set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, just outside the market town of Pershore in Worcestershire. The school offers a wide selection of cookery demonstrations and courses for the AGA heat-storage cooker, which include:
All of the courses provide a hands-on opportunity for students to learn new skills, try recipes and create delicious dishes while picking up expert culinary tips for an AGA heat-storage range cooker.
Held in a state-of-the-art open-plan classroom that contains a large demonstration unit complete with overhead flat screen TVs displaying close-ups of dishes being prepared, there are also 10 individual work stations, each of which is equipped with its own fully stocked refrigerator and AGA heat-storage cookers.
The courses are run in small groups for all levels of ability under the expert guidance of in-house or visiting tutors. The school is supplied with fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, and has its own flourishing herb and vegetable garden that provides produce for the school.
The luxury accommodation for the school is located in an historic farmhouse, Lower End House, just across the courtyard from the school, which has been carefully restored and renovated with the highest attention to detail. Amy Willcock runs Lifestyle and AGA
Know How workshops on the Isle of Wight and all over the UK. Amy is
a vivacious 'scrummy mummy', married with two young daughters. Born
in Chicago, she moved to the UK with her family in 1980 and soon
discovered a new form of oven - the AGA heat-storage cooker. For
the past decade, Amy has held regular Lifestyle, Cookery and AGA
Workshops, described as 'finishing schools for people in their
thirties'.
After becoming an AGA demonstrator, Amy launched herself into the world of specialised cookery. Her first book 'AGA Cooking' (Ebury Press) was published in October 2002.
Amy also writes the food and lifestyle column for The Shooting Gazette. Her talent for combining the old with the new is evident all around her home, as well as in the kitchen. The Cooking Experience offers Day Courses, all Hands-On and brimming with recipes to add to your repertoire! All comers are welcome whether they have an AGA or not, so whilst we cook on the AGA cookers and conventional ovens, the recipes are designed for all cookers.

MARK DAVID is a seasoned AGA and General Cookery Demonstrator and operates a Home Service. If you have a decent size kitchen, and you can whistle up a group of, say 6/7 friends, then Mark will spend the day with you planning and preparing a dinner party for that evening. We then cook the meal together and create other delicous dishes. Ideas flow, and you are left exhausted but with a new set of recipes!
